Turkish Van Breeders

The Turkish Van comes from the Lake Van area of Turkey where it has been kept as a domestic pet for centuries.  This feline is also known as the "Van Cat" or "Swimming Cat".  The term "Van" comes from a name given to towns and even lakes in Turkey.  It has an almost waterproof coat. The color should be chalk white without any yellowish traces.  It has odd markings only on the face and tail and is large in size.  This cat is also known for its good health and easy maintenance.  Contact the cat breeders below for your next family friend.
