Miniature Poodle Breeders

This breed is the most popular of the Poodle varieties. Unknown to most, these dogs are water retrievers. They are cheerful, highly intelligent, sensitive and very trainable. They make excellent watchdogs. Their small size makes them ideal pets for apartment dwellers. Coat colors are black, blue, silver gray, cream, apricot, red, white and brown. Extensive grooming is required. These dogs must be bathed regularly and clipped every 6-8 weeks. The 3 basic styles are the pet clip (short hair all over the body) and the 2 show clips, continental or English saddle. Check ears regularly for mites.
